The AquaCheck Sub-Surface probe is a capacitance based soil moisture and soil temperature monitoring device offering up to 15 sensors per probe. The Sub-Surface probe requires an external logger or remote transmission unit and external power supply.

The AquaCheck Basic Wireless probe is a capacitance-based soil moisture monitoring and soil temperature monitoring device offering up to six sensors per probe. This version of the soil moisture probe is equipped with on-board memory and a battery pack. Data sampling can be set at intervals of 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Battery life of up to 12-18 months can be expected. The data can be uploaded using the AquaCheck wireless hand logger (Shuttle).
